“Most successful Car Dealers have already achieved
many goals, but they may still feel their dealership has not
reached its full potential”says Maxine Campbell. “This may stem from a lack of clearly defined and documented policies, procedures and systems for their Business Office. Often, the Business Office is considered an administrative function, and the Business Manager has a minimal role in the success of the dealership. Other managers may not understand the importance of the Business Manager, which may create a lack of mutual respect between the managers. The management team may not be coordinated and willing to work together towards enhancing the business. The lack of cooperation between the managers may go unnoticed by the owner, who assumes the Business Office is receiving the full support of the entire team and, as a result, the underlying problems may go unresolved.”

repercussions.
